Magazine Ad 1




1. Jessie J - Album Advertisement 

The name of the album is reflected through its cover; the title being "who you are" and the cover being a portrait of the artist. The repetition of black is designed to be eye catching for the consumer suggesting that Jessie J

The font colours are also repetitive as they are the same colours used as seen in the artist's logo. The logo has its own font style looking quite like something you'd see on a R'n'B artist's album art once again adding to the representation of Jessie. J as a unique act. The font below is in a much more straight forward and clear font and is in all capitals. This makes the important information much clearer to the audience


The advert tries to persuade readers through advertising a well known song produced by the artist and labels in as the "#1 international smash". This helps build up Jessie J's reputation to people who have to heard of her before, urging them to purchase the album.
