Analysing Digipaks (Jewel Cases): 3

3: Mutter - Rammstein

Front:

This simply album art is very representative of its title displaying an in whom image of a baby. Not much else can be said about the CD's front cover other than the band's signature font being used for the band's name. The album name on the other hand is just below this and is in much less bold font.

Back:

Themes of children is carried on by including two baby's hands on top of a skin coloured background (perhaps a mother's stomach). The actual text is in very small letters replicating the same font as the album title on the front cover. Unlike the other two digipaks I have studied the barcode is at the top of of the page - this is very unusual. The record label logos are also a lot bolder than usual.

Interior:

The CD has very little detail to it but contains a border and the artist's logo and record label. The CD booklet repeats the same colours seen on the CD. First of all at the top of the page there is a list of the band members and the instruments they perform then a small credit block. At the bottom of the page there is a still of a heartbeat monitor to link the front and back page together.
