Camera Falling off Tripod
2 – unless the shot is on un-flat ground there will be no way the camera could fall
Double check all bolts are tightened in the correct place before shooting
4 – if camera breaks, no  more shots will be filmable
Losing the SD card
4 – SD cards are small and easy to lose
Keep the SD card in
4 – I would lose all footage shot
Weather making it impossible to shoot
5 – British Weather is very unpredictable
Keep up to date with weather forecasts and plan around any rain etc
5 – No footage
Water Damage on camera
2 – only if it’s raining or a drink is spilled
Don’t drink whilst operating the camera and if rain is likely take a plastic bag for cover
5 – potential could break the camera
Continuity Errors
5 – very common in music videos and other forms of video media
Check the previous shot’s frame before shooting
1 – not usually noticeable unless it’s something to do with costume or make up
Actor injured on set
1 – each set will have very little hazards
Ensure all potential hazards are pointed out and that the actor is fully aware
4 – actor may need to be re-casted
